(JAMS) by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such rules. The arbitration shall take place in the Essex County of Massachusetts, in the English language and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Massachusetts District or a state court located in Essex County.
