Fox News’s graphics, visuals, and videos are all meant to add to the story that the article is telling. Whether it be photographs, Twitter posts, or informative graphics, all of their graphics, visuals, and videos tell a story in themselves that improves the reader’s experience and allows them to gather even more information than what is provided in the article. Additionally, one nice feature is that nearly every article has an accompanying video, that explains the article more in-depth and provides a new avenue via which the user can learn the information in the article.

On their website, Fox News formats their ads, such that they often take up a column on the page. Additionally, they are not placed in locations that are convenient to the user’s experience, as the ads often stay with them as they scroll down the page. In doing so, Fox News’s ads become very intrusive to the average user’s experience and do not allow them to fully focus on the articles at hand.

Fox News’s website is designed such that each section is easily accessible for the average user. However, no articles provide summaries, which does not let the reader fully grasp what the article discusses. Moreover, the visuals that accompany articles do not always add to the user’s understanding of the article.
